If you’d like a good workout, try to keep up with this video (action-for-action) once or twice in a row. Spend a few minutes watching it and learning the (simplistic) dance moves, convincing yourself they would be easy to do, and then once you’re primed, try it out! It’s a great lesson in endurance, even if you dance regularly.
